It came back to the normal one. Now this functioning the register of Betamax in Voxalot! good!

stil not working using eu.voxalot dial plan with voipbuster and voipcheap.
connecting my sip device direct to voipbuster or voipcheap is working fine.

This registering Betamax VP, but do not work with us.voxalot.com, consideration wait that Martin decides the problems therefore is something in Voxalot, since direct register in my ACT it works well…

it adds in the code country “00” or “+”…
 

I discovered what this happening, yesterday Grupo Betamax was outside of air was not registering in Voxalot.
However today it came back registers it, was not only completing the calls, in mine in case that it bound for Brazil where it was using following Dias Plan:

_xx [2-6]. 55$ {EXTEN} Voipbusterpro Yes [Edit] [Delete]

I had to add “+” or “00” for international calls what it was not necessary previously, making this go to work again.

I modified and was in this way:

_xx [2-6]. +55$ {EXTEN} Voipbusterpro Yes [Edit] [Delete]

How to forward call by Betamax ?
 

I made the next rule in the Call Forward List:

Priority 10

Provider SMSDiscount
Active yes

It must forward the call's during daytime to phone at work. If I call my number I hear tsik biep biep biep . . . ..

I can call out with smsdiscount. And if I replace SMSDISCOUNT by CARPO or XS4ALL it is working ok.
But I want it working with SMSDISCOUNT because CARPO / XS4ALL almost run out of credits at and SMSDISCOUNT is cheaper.
And also because I like to know why it is not working.

I have the same problem with Voipdiscount. I had to choose a different VSP for the forward leg.

We have just applied a patch for the Betamax call forwarding problem on the *EU SERVER ONLY*. The other servers will be patched shortly.

Our testing has determined that this patch resolves the issue of using the Betamax providers within you call forwarding rules.

Please let us know if this addresses the problems you describe.

NOTE: The fix is currently only available on the EU server.
