Using the SIP addresses on this forum

How do I make calls to the sip addresses, I have a SIP softphone phone XLITE..can I just point and make call to any country?

Do I have to sign up or is this even legal?

You can register your softphone with voxalot, in the softphone there's also a line input where you can fill in the the sip-uri
