Error 606, blocking traffic firewall

I need some help!, please
I had not had trouble signing in my account at the beginning , and for a while I stop using it , but now when I returned I can not get through my account .This is the messages I get

A) Error 606, blocking traffic firewall ?

Something what I thing it is important to let you know in my understanding!!
1) I was using ,as well as right now, a connection from a cyber café .
2) I checked both the regular window firewall, which is deactivated and the restricted site in the security tab / internet option as well.
3) I have not problem uploading files to my site using the FTP program

I appreciate anybody letting me know what the problem can be ,thanks everybody for reading this despair message

When you say you cannot log in, is it that you cannot login the website at VoXalot, or you cannot use your account with a Sip Phone Software from the computer you are using....

Since this is a Cyber Cafe, and judging from the message you are getting, you may want to try bringing this up with the Operator of the cafe....
