Inbound calling and caller ID issue
 
Hi all,

I use justvoip with my voxalot account and currently going through eu.voxalot.com and for a while these functions worked fine but have stopped working.
I used to be able to call a geographic sip broker line and enter the voxalot ID and it would call my VOIP phone but it tends to either not work or ring but the phone itself doesn't ring?
The other thing is that I have my home number in the display name field but when calling out it always comes up as 'unknown'. It shows CID service as being enabled and Block CID as no?
I'm using a PAP2-NA by the way.
Can anyone help at all please?

Sorry - I'm a muppet...
I realised that I had been using my 2nd line which was on Fastvoip, not compatible with voxalot (?) and when I switched back it all worked fine! Sorry...no fault...total user error!!!
