Cannot renew
 
I've tried four Visa cards (that's all I have!) and the Paypal button but when I try to renew all I get is:

"Our fraud detection system has identified this transaction as fraudulent and will not be processed. Please contact us if you have received this message and are trying to process a legitimate transaction."

My cards are accepted everywhere else! Trouble is, you don't get much warning about renewal and so if this isn't resolved in one day I lose all my settings! :mad:

Please could someone help me!

It seems your status remains...so did this get resolved?

Indeed. I e-mailed the payments team in the end - they reset something. The credit card option still wouldn't accept my cards but the Pay Pal one would accept one of them. It seems that this is really geared up for credit cards and not debit cards like I was using! Oops!
