I read this page

but I don't understand what I have to chose.

because , I want to use my mobile , to call from my mobile to any where ( mobile, land phone ... )

what I have to chose ?

please , help me.

and how I have to pay in one month ?

VoXalot is an aggreagator service. It does not directly offer calls to landlines and mobiles, but it supports the use of third party VSPs to handle these calls in accordance with VoXalot's dial plans (which you set up).

From a cost perspective VoXalot only carries a yearly fee, but keep in mind you'll also be paying your VSP for the actual calls...
