dial plan help
 

i had this dial plan onmy spa 3102

now i want to add a dial plan to voxalot with a prefixe code example if i call #1(number) it should remove #1 and go to provider 1 or if i call #2(number) it should go to provider 2 etc...
how can i add this to voxalot ?

I don't know about the SPA hardware's dial plan (if it lets you pass through the # at the beginning of a phone number or not).

My hardware doesn't allow # or * at the very beginning of a phone number, but does allow it, when I put it within the phone number.

My Voxalot dial plan therefore looks like this:

Pattern: _9#01.
Replacement: ${EXTEN:4}
Provider: Provider 01

Pattern: _9#02.
Replacement: ${EXTEN:4}
Provider: Provider 02

...

${EXTEN:4} "deletes" the 4 digit "code" (9#xx) I use for choosing the VSP and passes the purged phone number over to the VSP.
