strange problem, dial plans changes not applied to us.voxalot.com
 
Just upgraded from free to premium user, made some changes to the dial plans.

1. reg provider A as inbound.
2. changed dial out plan, from Provider B to Provider A.

Test calls result:

1. Incoming calls to Provider A through voxalot worked fine.
2. Outbound test calls to my cell, however, showed it was from Provider B.
rebooted PAP, fooled around dial plans, nothing changed.

When I changed Proxy on PAP from us.voxalot.com to eu.voxalot.com,
the new dial plans works, outbound to cell show B's caller ID.
Changed back to us.voxalot.com, outbound to cell showed A's caller ID

Dial plan is to use B all the time


very weird, help pls?

Yes, very weird.

I created a new speed dial. When I tryed it, I heard "We are sorry. The speed dial number you dial just not exist. Please try again".

Changes (Active Yes/NO) in Smart Call List (Dial Plans) and Voice Service Provider List don't works either with us.voxalot.com .

Today, I have changed proxy to eu.voxalot.com and it works...

I wish that's not true. but it's. us.voxalot.com sounds not working well recently (recent weeks ?).

My outbound dial plan has been using sip1/2.sipsorcery for regular dial. using F9 for toll-free dial. It worked fine until recently.
I got often "We are sorry. The speed dial number you dial just not exist. Please try again". either on regular or toll-free calls.

if I setup proxy01/02.us1.voxalot.com. sip1/2.sorcery could work but F9 (toll-free) not.
If I setup us.voxalot.com. F9 (toll-free) seemed working but sip1/2.sorcery not.

I wouldn't modefy my present dialplan too much because
1. it was fine.
2. if changed. most likely I will have to restore it sooner or later.

Update:
Just simply changed to au.voxlaot.com. Both providers are running well under my old dial plan again.

One more with the same problem. Another problem, when I created a new bill in May, also only works with proxies of Europe and Australia, does not work with U.S.

us.voxalot.com goes proxy02.us1.voxalot.com that this outdated, not working new accounts and not work also updates in old account. Use proxy01.us1.voxalot.com in place of the us.voxalot.com.

Same problem here :-(

I want to change form smsdiscount to 12voip. Now my freedays are expired with smsdiscount, but the changes in my Dial Plans are not working. Tried ALL servers!

Another problem again. Call forwarding is still not working also. What is this, why is there no response from anybody. Why isn't this being corrected? Is voxalot slowly dying or what?

I'm beginning to be a little bit.... well, no, I'm beginning to be very angry about this!!!!

I would also like to know the answer to the "no response from anybody" issue. I have posted about call forwarding not working a few times, and the issue seems to be completely ignored by Voxalot. I'm a paying customer with two accounts and fail to see why there is no support.
