Thomson Speedtouch 780WL VOIP Router
 

Hi all

Having real big problems setting this router up to register onto voxalot. I enter all the telephony details it asks for in the following sections and it fails to register onto voxalot. It has no problem with sipphone.com and other voip networks.

Can people please take a look and tell me what i'm doing wrong here? Many thanks.

SIP SERVICE CONFIGURATION

SIP Registrar: eu.voxalot.com

SIP Registrar Port: 5060

SIP Proxy: eu.voxalot.com

SIP Proxy Port: 5060

Expire Time: 3600


TELEPHONE IDENTITY:


SIP URI: 647924@eu.voxalot.com

Username: 647924@eu.voxalot.com

Password: xxxxxxxx

Confirm Password: xxxxxxxx

Try changing:

Username: 647924@eu.voxalot.com

to

Username: 647924

Thnaks for your help. I changed the username as you said.. but also found i had to use the same entry for SIP URI: in order to get the router to register onto voxalot.

Proxy Port: 5060
Expire Time: 900
