Can't receive calls....

Hi,

I've registered voipbuster ( with voipin number ) and internetcalls ( with voipin number). I can make a call but i can't receive any call. i registered for a premium account and payed for that. I hope the service is possible to receive calls from this two Voice Service Providers.

I hope there is a quick solution as possible

Best Regards,
Garip

When you set those two providers up in VoXalot you'll see an option that says SIP Register, you need to set that to Yes and wait for the provider list to show those two as registered......

Hi emico,

Both status are "registered". If i try to call with my mobile on both numbers i hear on my mobile the phone is ringing. But the phone that connect with voxalot is not ringing. Directly connect with one of this voice provider with my Targa dip Phone 450 works great but not trought voxalot.

Best Regards

Hmmm, can you receive calls into VoXalot in general....so if you call SipBroker Access Number then *010YourVoXNumber will your ATA ring then?

Hi,
Have you tried to setup callforward rules. I have 1 VSP registed at voxalot and configured callforwarding to another account. Without CF i don't get any call to voxalot registered device.

Best Regards.
