Globe7 and VoXaLot
 
My account is correctly registered in VoXaLot!
I can find username and password for SIP now!
The informations are in the file Creden.ini

Are two authentications, one for service, one for SIP

Service:
USER_EMAIL= is your email
USER_EMAIL_PWD= is your password but in binary

SIP:
USER_VDID=777nnn this is username SIP
USER_VDID_PWD= 1100100 1110010 1101111 1110111 1110011 1110011 1100001 1110000 this is password for SIP in binary.
The PWD is inverted, the first is the last... in this case, the decoded PWD is: "password".

For decode the SIP PWD use this table:

Im getting registered with globe7 but when calling out it says "this password is not valid" :(

Has anyone else maid it working with outgoing and incomming ?

Have you inverted the order of password?

hello, i tried to use globe7 with x-lite but i have this message when i call : "call not approved " and can't call or receive another globe7 user

x-lite diagnostic log:

- i try with trixbox pabx , when i call every number ( 12 , 00 +123 , 777nnn ..etc) i hear i ring three time and off

Ok, now I know this: you can simply call the USER_VDID -> 777etc.

i upgrade my x-lite and it work now , i think they have problem with codec when we use another software like sjphone or trixbox

I have a USA phone number that issue from Globe7.
That phone number can ring (work) if I use globe7 proprietary software, but it does not ring if I use ATA ( Spa 3102) set up.
Any member faces my same problem ( no ring) or ring can work in their ATA?.

Can you use the software, call your phone number and capture the LAN traffic with Wireshark?

I can receive the call from the Globe7 dialer , but cannot with ATA, by call the phone number
What is Wireshark? A software ?
I do not know how to use it? where to download?

Run Globe7 software.
Install, run it, "Capture", "Options", select your LAN card in "Interface", in "capture file" specify a file for LOG, and click "Start".

Now call your number... don't answer... now you can go to "Capture" and "Stop".

I cannot select the the ATA in " interface".
due to ; I run the Wireshark in a computer , but Globe7 set up in ATA . So "interface " cannot find out ATA in Options.

hello every body , i try now to use globe7 with trixbox and sjphone softphne they don't work because the account is refused by globe7 but this account work fine with x-lite 3.0 (thank you eliafino ;) ) !? how i can now the parameter used by x-lite to connect at globe7 ?

First of all, eliafino thank you! It also works for me :)

I want to add some comments to eliafino's work to help newbies like me to follow the instructions.

1) To find out which SIP password to use, you have to login with globe7 software client, at least once.
After your first successful login the information we need is saved into the file CREDEN.INI,
which can be found in the program installation directory of globe7 (c:\program files\globe7).

2) Now open CREDEN.INI in your text editor (mostly double click is enough).
You will find your authentication details there.
Code:

AUTO_LOGIN=false
user_email= your globe7 login email address/id
user_email_pw= your globe7 login password, encoded
USER_VDID= your SIP ID!
USER_VDID_PW= your SIP pw, which is reversed and encoded!

3) To find out your SIP pw use eliafino's coding table for decoding and reverse the order of the code.
For example:

If you find following information in your CREDEN.INI file.

Code:



[...]
USER_VDID=777123456789
USER_VDID_PW= 110001 110002 110003 //decoded 123, reversed 321
[...]

Your SIP login information for this example would be.
Code:



SIP id= 777123456789
SIP pw= 321
SIP proxy= 84.45.70.10

my trixbox 2.0 has the same problem. "This account is not valid". did you figure out what is the problem. Globe7 is working nicely with X-lite 3.0, but it has some issues with Trixbox.let me know if you find the solution.

Hi im having globe 7 problem working with a sip adapter or true voxalot account. Getting a message "this password is not valid"

I have checked the craden file, and checked the password my reading the numbers, the password i came to is the sameone they have given me. Username that i have written down is numbers starting with 777nnn.....

It was working fine intil i recharged my account with new 5 dollar , i also tried tried to change my password to a new one, but when i found out that it is not working i logged into my account and changed it back to the old one. And still getting the error message, i can call out from globe7 softphone, but not from voip. Using sip server 84.48.70.10.

Anyone got some tips how to solve the problem ?

If you change PWD in globe7 softphone, your SIP PWD change together... reopen your creden file and recalculate SIP PWD...

Hi, i have a US number from Globe 7, it works fine for incomming to the softphone, but incomming does not work with my voip adapter. Anyone know how to fix this problem ?

Does anybody figure out ways that make Globe7 version 8 works in Voxalot?

On their web site, I see there is an option to register SIP hardwares with them. Can I use the info they email me to set up with Voxalot?
