First thanks for your great help.

I am still having problems accessing this account. It seems that the original (invalid) email address is still registered with account 609750 so when I request my new password -via "I forgot my password" option the system replies with invalid username or password.

I think it would be easier if you can just completely delete this account and I start all over again.

Is it possible?

My id no is 780743. When I dial a number it says the number can not contacted. Is that relating to activation of accounts? If so can you activate my id? Or else can you look into my problem?

What number are you trying to dial? How are you connected to voxalot - via ATA, Softphone, ...?

Have you set up at least one voice service provider to terminate of-net calls?

Try dialling *600 to see if the echo test is working to ensure you have configured things correctly.

Post answers to all questions here to help us help you with the issue you are having.

Last but not least - Please read the tutorials to get an understanding of how the service works if you have not already done so.

The number that i have tried to reach friends mobile number ex:- (0094773114581)

I'm not really sure, im using the xlife software from that i'm tring to make call.

No we have not setup the voice service provider to the terminate of net calls.

Please can you tell me how to do it?

We have registered under the voxalot.com and downloaded the xlite and installed it.

ALL the configuration i have done. I think we are missing on the voice service providers, i guess...

Can you help how get these information where i have already paid for the voxalot.com, waiting for your kind feed back.

You need at least one voice service provider to call to PSTN numbers.
For example and learn you can use VoipBuster - Free Calls if you don't know other. (For try to mobile numbers you have to pay, I think.)

I have paid 15USD to voxalot.com to get the premium membership. What is the purpose of that? Can't I make calls without paying to someone else?

Why should we pay to voxalot.com?

Not better look first here and here before buying?

You pay because the people of Voxalot spend time to build and keep running(I hope) and you use ther servers. By the way, VoxBasic is still free !

would like to purchase vox lite
 

i would like to purchase vox lite but after many times of trying to put in my credit card info, i was unable to do anything to due fraud activities. is there anyway to reactivate my purchase. thank you.

In another post on the same day, you are suggesting that your account 160884 has been flagged as being fraudulent, yet in this post you are asking for 666777 to be activated. Hmmm... that doesn't really add up.

Missing activation email
 

Today I set up a new account 888559, activated the account sucessfully and then tried to change the email address. Your system said it sent me an activation email to the new address but I did not get that email.

Would appreciate if you could reactivate this account and change email back to original one if possible.
