Account not activated, no activation email
Hi,
Sorry for opening a new thread about my problem but it seems that nobody who can help has seen my 3 days old posting in an old thread about activation problems. I created an account with the email address wsj@zjnu.net for the account number 682102 . Unfortunately the activation email isn't arrived until this moment. As I see in the mail server logs no delivery was attempted from Voxalot's mail server. Please let resend the activation email or activate that account manually. Best regards, oplab |

Activation emals get blocked

There's a whole bunch of free/pay sites that analyse emails and give an idea of the risk of blocking (and also how to reduce that risk). password: contains a number '5' in it twice error: User not activated yet I have changed my email and I have not received confirmation email of course system won't let me log back in until my account has been confirmed by email for change of email have had no problem setting up a user account on this forum i got that confirmation immediately but I'm still waiting for me confirmation email for changing my email can someone help its already been two days and I have contacted support email and nothing has been done about it my change of email to is sales@italkdigital.com cheers |
This has happened to me before you need a better system, its not really fair I have to wait till support to fix it we should have access to fix it ourselves

Could someone possibly just reset my account back to the original email,. if it is the quickest way,. please as its been an issue since Saturday and no support replies as yet here on forum or by email support
And non of my sip accounts are registering, so seems like voxalot account needs to be activated first, well I can't tell cause I can't log ito it,. cheers again,. You just wait round about 4 days then you will be receive the activation email. I was also facing this problem when I create the account but i receive the email after 3 days you just wait you will receive the email.

Haven't had anyone fix this problem since May 2011, so may I ask Quin what's your trick to get someones attention to fix this problem? Well if anyone who can see this thread and can help me need my account activated again and need to change my email to 'edwincusto@three,com.au'
