SPA3102 no incomming calls
 
Configured my SPA3102 and it registers to voxalot to make outgoing calls. But when people ring my voxalot number the phone does not ring. Setup is done using the configuration pages provided by Voxalot.

Where can I check the status of this, the debugging on the SPA is not very helpfull and the voxalot website does not show if a ATA is registered.

Any help is appriciated.

Hi,
1) Check your member details page.
link https://www.voxalot.com/action/memberDetails
2) clikc account summary link
3) at the end of page you will get device status link.

This link will show only last registered device. No status of multiple devices.

Is your SPA3102 directly connected to the internet, or is it behind another router? If the latter, did you properly setup STUN and forward the ports on your router?

Solved: SPA3102 no incomming calls
 
It's behind a router and accoording to the documentation no portforwarding is needed, same as using a softphone.

Tried it again last night and the phone rings ... no changes where made so I guess I just needed to be more patient :p
