I can't delete a message

Dialing *500 I have two messages. One is spam (I received it in my email too) and an other that is empty.

I deleted the messages (option 7) but when I retest my voicemail the messages are there.

In sort, messages are not deleted...

I used PAP2 and a softphone without success.

Please note I can move around the mail box options. Just I can't delete messages.

Is there a chance you pressed "7" twice? This is also the Undelete option.

I know that... no I did't pressed 7 twice.
The other strange thing is that I have two messages but in my mail received only one.

You may try to see what is going on in the mailbox...

Thank you for deleting the password but as I said I created a new account and I will not use anymore the old one.

I was thinking what happens and I think one message was iNUM incoming call. I will test it and I will reply here.
