Incoming stopping after 1 ring?
Hi all.
I've setup my netcomm V85 to connect to au.voxalot.com successfully. I have Oztell setup as a provider as sip2.syd.net2max.com. It is active, and registered. Outbound I have no problems whatsoever, and if I register the phone directly with Oztell, I don't have any inbound problems. However when the handset is registered with voxalot, and I have an inbound call into Oztell, down through VoxALot, to the handset, the phone rings once, and then hangs up and it registers as a missed call. On the outbound handset, its a silent line. V85 settings: protocol: G729 reg expire: 900 rtp packet interval: 40ms sip domain name && proxy addr: au.voxalot.com oztell settings: voxalot registered in the web dialer for outbound. firewall settings: UDP and TCP port 5060 forwarded to my phone. Also, the connection between my V85 phone and voxalot seems to disconnect every 5 minutes? whats the go? Thanks, Brian |
I have the same situation.
Outbound calls are OK. All incoming calls stop after 1 ring. I did a test. Called the Toronto sipbroker PSTN gateway 416-548-4739 from my cell, then typed in my voxalot number *010777771, my voxalot phone ringed 1 time then stopped. From my cellphone, I heard 1 ring tone before going to voicemail "The person's extention 777771 is unavailable". My voxalot is registered at us.voxalot.com. I have tried both outbound proxy and stun server for voxalot and all got the same thing. Any body got an idea? Thanks in advance. |
I just did another test.
My cousin configured voxalot on his Sipura2002. When he call my voxalot number at 777771@voxalot.com, he heard 1 ring then got the voicemail. Following is voxalot setting on my SPA2002 SIP Port:5060 Proxy: us.voxalot.com Outbound Proxy: us.voxalot.com Use Outbound Proxy: yes Use OB Proxy In Dialog: yes Register: yes Voxalot registration State shows Registered on SPA2002. UDP port 5060 has been forwarded to SPA2002 on the router. Please help! |
I logged into my voxalot account, changed the Ringing duration from 5 seconds to 27 seconds. then problem solved.
