Premium account works - basic accounts can't register.
 

They were working before - all of a sudden they can not register to the server for incoming calls to the numbers - but outgoing calls work fine. Any ideas?

Which proxy are you using? I am using us.voxalot.com, it's working fine with basic account.

Is yours still off and on? Mine is doing something similar where I can't register for about an hour or so, and then suddenly it works again... Haven't changed my setup in 6 months... Kind of frustrating - in the meantime I've registered directly with my providers.

Funny - I checked it just when you wrote - and no my phone is not registering now - but it was yesterday. I haven't touched anything.

Any chance any of the of you guys is using a second device/softphone along with the first one registered to the same VoXalot acct.

My only other suggestion is to set the re-register interval to something low like 120 ...

I don't know much about the Voxalot proxies, but some proxies will ban your ATA for a period of time if it tries to register too often. In Linksys ATAs the default registration retry interval (Reg Retry Intvl) of 30 seconds is too often! For better results try 300 seconds.

This problem happened to me when I was using proxy01.sipphone.com. The problem started when there was some kind of brief one-way blockage in the Internet which allowed my ATA's registration request to reach the proxy but the proxy's reply did not reach my ATA. Of course my ATA retried the registration 30 seconds later. After some reties, I don't know exactly how many, the proxy banned my ATA. To get un-banned I had to turn off my ATA overnight.
