DID - Voxalot change Polices?
 

Hi all
I´m from Brazil and I´m a student of VoIP.
So I make a lot of experiences and I write about them, in a BloG and Orkut.
I have some DIDs like Freedigits and also Didx, I also have an account at Grandcentral.
Has some time that I saw that the DIDs does not work when they are conected to call my voxalot account.
Someone here could give a help, or say why this is happening ?

Hi guys, something is going wrong and I really need help.
Today I also checked my Google Voice where I have a Miami number, and this one also does not ring at my Voxalot.
My Ipkall also is not working with Voxalot.

What I need is help, just a word from anyone here that know is going on and if the service is not available anymore, I will need to find a solution.

I understand that is hard to help people for free.

PS:Any help will be welcome, and if someone here understand that here is not the proper place to ask this questions, feel free to say or to delete the post, or to say where is the proper palce to ask for this kind of help.

There hasn't been any changes as far as I can tell.....incoming calls to the VoXalot SIP URI 123456@voxlaot.com (where 123456 is your acct number) are still working fine...

-Check that your IPKall number has not expired by logging in
-Freedigits has had issues lately so I wouldn't be surprised if it isn't working
-Have GC/GV forward to the IPKall number...

As far as we know, thank you very much again, the GrandCentral service was working nice, right?

But I realy do not know what happens now, since when I have the Freedigt number at my softphone the redir is working.

IpKall, I will change there because I wrote like this:123456@us.voxalot.com and I will change it to 123456@voxalot.com
I will post here what happen after the change.
